Language Exchange Program
Learning a language becomes truly meaningful when you can use it in real conversations and connect with real people.
Our Language Exchange Program brings together Spanish-speaking participants and students from Anna Language Academy who would like to practice Spanish in a natural, relaxed, and friendly environment.
The idea is simple: meet for a coffee, go for a walk, chat about everyday life, share cultures, and build confidence through real communication. These exchanges are not formal classes, but informal conversations designed to help students feel more comfortable speaking Spanish outside the classroom.
For Spanish speakers, the program can also be a wonderful opportunity to practice Dutch, meet new people, and become part of an international and welcoming community.
We carefully match participants based on interests, availability, and preferences. Each pair is encouraged to meet a few times to see if there is a good connection. And if the match does not feel right, we are happy to arrange a new one.
The program is flexible, personal, and based on mutual respect, commitment, and enjoyment of language and cultural exchange.

Upon registration, we only collect the data necessary to provide the requested services. This includes, at a minimum, name, telephone number, and email address, enabling communication. At Anna Language Academy, more data is collected to establish a good match between the applicant and the provider.
The processing of the data takes place in a lawful, careful, and transparent manner in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Agreements within Anna Language Academy
Within Anna Language Academy, we have made agreements regarding the processing of data, such as agreements on who has access to specific information, how the information is stored, and how long the information is retained. We have made agreements regarding how to handle the data confidentially. We do not provide data to external parties. We have also taken the necessary measures regarding the security of the data and the associated systems.
