Ready to take your Catalan a step further? 🌿 Our Catalan Beginners 3 course is designed for students who already have some basic knowledge of Catalan and are ready to become more confident communicating in everyday situations. What will we work on? • Grammar: quantifiers, comparisons, prepositions and expressions of place, object pronouns, ordinal numbers, the past periphrastic (vaig anar, vam fer...) and the imperfect (era, tenia, vivia...). • Vocabulary: homes, neighbourhoods and cities, public places, personal experiences, important people and historical events. • Communication: describing places and people, talking about past experiences, telling anecdotes and reacting to stories and emotions. • Pronunciation & culture: the neutral vowel, natural intonation, and Catalan culture through Barcelona, València and notable figures from Catalan history. Classes combine speaking, listening, reading and writing, with plenty of practical and interactive activities. There’s weekly homework (approximately 1.5–2 hours) and access to additional materials for extra practice.
