You’ve learned to say hola and survive the basics—now it’s time to take a real step forward in your Spanish journey. Our Beginners 2 (A1.2) course at Anna Language Academy is designed for students with some basic Spanish knowledge who are ready to move beyond memorising phrases and start building more meaningful communication skills. This level marks a qualitative leap: we’ll deepen your understanding of grammar and introduce new structures that let you express yourself more clearly and naturally. In this course, you’ll learn to: - Use the verbs ser, estar, and hay - Talk about quantities with cuantificadores - Use the superlative to say who or what is the best - Point things out with demonstratives (este, esa, aquellos...) - Talk about obligations with tener que + infinitivo - Use gustar to express likes and dislikes And you’ll also talk about: - The weather, geography, and fun facts about countries - Clothing and accessories - Describing your family and personality traits Classes are practical, dynamic, and communicative—we focus on speaking and understanding the language in real-life situations, while also building your reading, writing, and listening skills. You’ll receive weekly homework (1.5–2 hours/week) and extra materials to reinforce the content from class and help you stay on track.
